terms of sale. By placing an order, you are agreeing to these conditions and terms.

SHIPPING and HANDLING CHARGES
Normal shipping for most items shipped within the continental U.S. is $9.50 per shipment.
MASCOTS, SANTA SUITS, and OVERSIZED ITEMS REQUIRE EXTRA SHIPPING because of their unusually large size or weight. Call for shipping charges.
For Faster Service on most items within the continental U.S., we also offer;
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS REQUIRE EXTRA SHIPPING.
- Fed Ex 2nd Day - $30.00 per shipment - Guaranteed delivery in two business days.
- Fed Ex Overnight - $50.00 per shipment - Overnight delivery (next business day).
International rates vary depending on size, weight, and destination.

For expedited service, please place orders by phone.
If a costume is unsatisfactory, you may return it within two days
of receipt. IF YOU HOLD THE COSTUME LONGER THAN TWO DAYS, WE
MUST ASSUME THAT IT WAS USED FOR YOUR EVENT AND NO RETURN WILL BE
WE CANNOT ACCEPT RETURNS ON WIGS. Once opened, wigs cannot be sold
ALL ITEMS RETURNED MUST BE IN NEW AND UNUSED CONDITION.
Use care when opening the package and trying on the costume. Costumes
returned must be in exactly the same condition as received (i.e.
absolutely clean and folded neatly in bag with all original packaging
intact.) As we sell only new, unused merchandise, the next person
ordering will want to receive it in the same new condition as you did.
Only the price of the costume is refundable. The customer is
responsible for all shipping charges.
ALL ITEMS RETURNED MUST BE POST-MARKED WITHIN TWO DAYS OF RECEIPT.
ALL ITEMS RETURNED WILL BE CHARGED A RESTOCKING FEE.
Items post-marked between January 1st and October 14th will be charged a 20% Restocking Fee.
Items post-marked between October 15th and October 21th will be charged a 30% Restocking Fee.
Items post-marked between October 22th and October 27th will be charged a 50% Restocking Fee.
NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED on items post-marked between October 27th and November 4th.
Items post-marked between November 4th and December 31st will be charged a 20% Restocking Fee.
Allow 6-8 weeks for processing of returns.
The Restocking Fee may be reduced on exchanges for size.
Exchanges will be charged a shipping and handling fee of $10.00.
PRICES are subject to change without notice, however, if there is a
price change, we will not ship without notifying the customer first.
A NOTE ABOUT SIZING
Costumes, unlike fitted garments, are made to accomodate as many
people as possible. Many have elastic waistbands and utilize
stretch fabrics, but they are not custom sized and seldom fit exactly.
We realize ordering costumes by size through the mail is difficult
especially when each company uses their own sizing charts. All sizes
given are the manufacturer's claims. We do not guarantee the accuracy
of their sizing. However, on many costumes, we have given measurements and
guidelines to help with your decision. If a costume needs to be
exchanged for size, the restocking fee may be waived.
At present, we do not have a printed catalog as we are always
adding new items. We will post new items as soon as they become
available, so keep us book marked.
